When it comes to visual design it takes far more than good looking graphics to stand out in today’s crowded marketplace.

We want your creativity and experience as an UI/UX Designer to help us live in the intersection of design and coding and to make easily clients and customers say wow to your work.

About the company: 

We are challenged on a daily basis with functional requests, with technology implementations, with user interface interactions and much, much more and this is part of our growing process both as individuals and as teams. Here functionals requests meets technology, design patterns, product upgrades, constraints and vision for the future.

We work for a variety of clients from all over the world, especially USA and Canada. We specialize in building web solutions for Educational Institutions, Professional Services Organizations, Financial Services, Retail Sales Companies, Non Profit Organizations.

Here are some things that we really need, to have a good start:


• You have an impeccable eye for clean and interesting design;
• You have a strong understanding of interaction design concepts;
• You can easily combine aesthetics and usability;
• Solid knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript;
• Understanding of HTML semantics and CSS cascading/specificity is expected;
• Experience working with source controlled code base like git or svn is expected;
• Experience with EXT.JS represents an advantage;
• Minimum Experience: 3 Yrs;
• Experience working with Java/PHP/Ruby or similar language is a plus;
• Experience working in Agile Scrum team is a plus .

What we need your help with:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience;
• Execute all visual design cycles from concept to final hand-off to engineering;
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
